Funding Update – Extension of Line of Credit to 30 June 2015

Aguia Resources Limited (the Company) is pleased to confirm that the Company’s existing A$1,000,000 Line of Credit funding with Forbes Emprendimentos Minerais Ltda (as announced to the ASX on 25 September 2014) has been extended to 30 June 2015. All other terms and conditions of the Line of Credit Agreement remains unchanged.

This extended funding will continue to be used to support the Company’s ongoing operations in Brazil, advance the flagship Três Estradas project and assist in capitalising the next phase of exploration and project developments.
