Allotment of Shares under Non‐Renounceable Rights Issue

Aguia Resources Limited (the Company) is pleased to confirm that 4,247,574 new ordinary shares have been issued under the 1 for 10 non‐renounceable rights issue at $0.04 per new share (Rights Issue) announced to the market on 9 January 2015.

These new ordinary shares will be quoted on the ASX commencing from 5 February 2015 and will trade under the ASX ticker AGR (Ordinary Shares).
