Emerging phosphate and potash exploration and development company Aguia Resources Limited refers to its announcement dated 23 January 2012 in relation to the signing of a Letter of Intent with Lara Exploration Ltd to acquire up to a 100% interest in Lara’s Potash Projects located adjacent and adjoining to Aguia’s Atlantic Potash Project in north east Brazil.
