Brazilian fertiliser developer Aguia Resources Limited (ASX: AGR) (“Aguia” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has received conditional approval for its application to list on the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”) in Canada as a Tier 1 issuer. By being dual listing on the Australian Stock Exchange (“ASX”) and the TSXV, the Company will gain access to an expanded investor base as it progresses toward development of its Três Estradas phosphate project in Rio Grande do Sul in Southern Brazil.
